I am a certified coach (PCC, EQAC) helping creative professionals and entrepreneurs develop their emotional intelligence and leadership abilities to find their form of holistic excellence.
I have always been driven by the desire to help others and the world we live in. I started my career as an environmental consultant, working with multinational corporations and local communities in Australia, Europe, South America and East Africa. In 2011 I co-founded the ‘creatives without borders’ business, Komai, where I worked in Southeast Africa developing music education initiatives in collaboration with The New School in New York.
After six years of working in environmental and creative community development internationally, I was recruited by Refinery29 in NYC to help them understand and connect with the female millennial audience. I became the Director of Product Marketing and experienced first-hand the life-changing benefits of coaching and fell in love with the philosophy.
In 2016 I received my certification in coaching from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and founded my own coaching practice. I coach executives, entrepreneurs and professionals in the creative industries and entrepreneurial space. My clients have come from companies like Droga5, Google, Spotify, Anomaly and Airbnb. I have been featured in Forbes, Refinery29 and mindbodygreen and have spoken at Soho House, GumGum, Microsoft and Dreamers//Doers.
I am based in New York and coach clients globally. I have a double degree in Anthropology and Biology and a Masters Degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Sydney, Australia. I am also a certified EQ assessor (EQAC) with Six Seconds, The Emotional Intelligence Network.
